In cooperation with our partner companies, we organize dynamic and educational events that connect students with the business world. Through activities such as the Career Bridge, Panel Discussion, Mock Job Interview, and Field Trip, we build a bridge between knowledge and practice, creating a space where new connections, ideas, and careers are born .
Career Bridge is an activity aimed at connecting students and companies through inspiring stories, practical advice, and direct interaction.
We organize the event at the School of Electrical Engineering, where we invite company representatives to introduce students to their work and business culture through lectures and direct communication at promotional booths. Companies have the opportunity to hear students’ questions and gain insight into their expectations and thoughts about future careers. At the same time, students can gain a clearer picture of each company’s work culture through direct conversation. This is the first step in building a bridge between education and the real labor market.
The panel discussion is an event our team organizes together with the companies that support us. For each discussion, our team selects a relevant topic, and experts from partner companies come to the School of Electrical Engineering to talk about it and share their experience. Through open dialogue, participants provide insight into real-world practice and current challenges in the industry, while students gain a concrete understanding of how different companies operate. A panel discussion thus becomes an inspiring opportunity to connect academic knowledge with real business experience.
The mock job interview gives students the chance to experience a real interview, understand the skills and qualities employers look for, and receive valuable advice from industry professionals. This helps them orient their professional development and prepare for a successful career. Employers, on the other hand, gain a unique opportunity to identify talent ahead of competitors, gain insight into the abilities and potential of future candidates, and build a valuable talent pool for future positions .
The Field Trip takes students on visits to companies and organizations where they can see firsthand what everyday work in industry and business looks like. Young engineers have the opportunity to meet teams, ask questions, and discover what their future career might look like from the inside, through real daily work .
